My role as your coach is to assist you in discovering your unique body-mind type so that you can realize your true potential in life, just as I found mine!
Using my knowledge and experience in Ayurveda, Yoga and Vedic counselling, I will guide and support you on your own wellness journey so you can return to your Prakruti (true self).

Workshops, training sessions, and retreats are an investment in yourself. They are a great way to deepen your well-being practices, and at the same time expand your self-awareness. This is how I continued to develop myself during a turbulent time in my life.

As a graduate from a leadership program in the Federal Public Service, I combine my skills, knowledge, and experience from both the corporate and the wellness world.
