This weekend retreat is designed to nourish all aspects of your being. You will be surrounded by the beauty of nature, supported through daily gentle yoga and guided meditation practices, enjoy Saatvic vegetarian meals, and learn key Vedic practices and Ayurveda approaches. By slowing down, being in nature and unplugging, you will be inspired towards your inner transformation.

As flamboyant colours of fall quietly take over the mountain, Tremblant’s pedestrian village transforms to offer visitors and locals the perfect occasion to recharge before the arrival of winter. People from all over the world come to Tremblant to enjoy an incredible escape at the top of the highest peak in the Laurentians while taking in the spectacular transformation of nature. The Experience

  • Begin each morning with one hour of yoga and meditation.
  • End each evening with half hour of relaxation and meditation.
  • Specialized offerings with the theme of “self-care” based in Ayurveda and Yoga including:
    • Presentation on building our vitality for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual life aspects (includes a presentation and cooking class)
    • Vedic Palmistry’s Approach to Self-Care and Loving Relationships – Guylaine Vallee from Birla Vedic Centre 
    • Nurturing your Vision as a self-care practice – Sonia
  • Hot tub – In house for free use
  • Optional in-house massage (extra charges apply).
  • Optional activities (weather permitting): Outdoor heated pool, Kayaking, canoeing, pontoon boat rentals (extra charges apply)

Meals – Prepared by Chef Guillaume

  • Six curated vegetarian sattvic meals designed to energize and create balance. Meals will be created from seasonal fall foods. 
  • We can customize options for those with allergies or sensitivities.
  • In Ayurvedic practice, sattvic foods increase energy, calmness, happiness, mental clarity and raise consciousness in our body, mind and spirit.
  • Food is considered medicine, according to Ayurveda. You will be introduced to new concepts and build an insightful relationship with your food.
  • Chef Guillaume is a professional private chef and will be overseeing the preparation of the meals.

 

Biography of Chef Guillaume: He was born in Paris, France surrounded by the love of family meals. He took this passion further and graduated from the prestigious Ferrandi world-renowned culinary school, the largest in Europe. He gained further experience working at the Ritz (in Paris). He eventually moved from Paris to Montreal, Quebec and currently showcases his love of local and healthy food, while respecting the environment, local farmers and artisans.

 

  • The recipes are curated by Sonia according to Ayurveda principles.
  • Both Chef Guillaume and Sonia have worked together to create healthy conscious recipes especially for this retreat.

Invite your girlfriend, sister, daughter, mother, aunt or colleague to share in this experience (and the room costs!) while you create new bonds.


Relax in the hot tub or trying a reflective journaling session. Explore nature, go kayaking, or ride the gondola.


The chalet property offers plenty of indoor and outdoor seating options for socializing or enjoying time alone. 

Registration Details

Retreat fee, lodging, program fees and administration costs:

Rooms at the chalet vary in price, depending on room type. The total cost for this retreat may range between $ 1,125 – 1,225 per person, which includes:

  • Two-night shared accommodations, (King room, Queen room and Twin rooms)
  • Six curated fresh and organic vegetarian meals (Anti-inflammatory Ayurvedic meals) prepared at the chalet (Chef Guillaume)
  • Unlimited access to Hot tub
  • Morning one-hour yoga classes
  • Evening half hour meditation classes
  • Three specialized workshops with the theme of “self-care” based in Ayurveda and Yoga philosophy, including:
    – Presentation on building our vitality (Ojas) for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual life aspects (includes a presentation and cooking class) – Sonia
    Vedic Palmistry’s Approach to Self-Care and Loving Relationships – Guylaine Vallee from Birla Vedic Centre
    – Nurturing your Vision as a self-care practice – Sonia
    • All program and administration fees for wellness facilitators

Note: Separate charges for the following:

  •       Higher prices for solo / private rooms
  •       Optional in-house massage (extra charges apply).
  •       Optional activities (weather permitting): Kayaking, canoeing, pontoon boat rentals (extra charges apply)

 

To reserve your spot, a deposit of $ 350 is requested to hold your spot. The remaining funds to be paid in full, by July 19th, 2024. This retreat is being organized in conjunction with Inspirations Voyage (Québec OPC License holder 701185)

The kitchen and the main sitting area overlook the views above the mountain. Our chalet is located close to all hiking, waterfalls, forests and streams. A serene and peaceful vibe for reflection and learning.
