Corporate Wellness

As a graduate from a leadership program in the Federal Public Service, I combine my skills, knowledge, and experience from both the corporate and the wellness world. I have a natural ability to help others understand the holistic links between well-being and their organizational performance in the workplace. 

Through corporate wellness sessions, I have introduced participants to “office yoga”, mindfulness, meditation, holistic health and diets, and all types of wellness topics in the workplace. 

More than ever, we need to integrate well-being into our corporate culture. Skills such as creativity, resilience, patience, compassion, and kindness need to be cultivated in our workplaces, so that employees can thrive in the fast-paced world. 

Based on my experience and training, I have offered over 50+ large-group presentations and wellness challenges on a wide range of topics related to the workplace, such as:
