One-to-One Coaching
My role as your coach is to assist you in discovering your unique body-mind type so that you can realize your true potential in life, just as I found mine!
Using my knowledge and experience in Ayurveda, Yoga and Vedic counselling, I will guide and support you on your own wellness journey so you can return to your Prakruti (true self). I will help you develop your own unique self-care practices, including seasonal, daily and nightly routines, diet and lifestyle habits, movement and exercise, breath work, various stress reduction techniques, and herbal remedies.
We all can achieve balance in our lives and discover our true potential. Our body is speaking to us all the time – the question is whether we recognize the language. It is trying to signal us towards the next step in life and encourage us to heal ourselves.
