    • 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Ayurvedic Cooking Class 
    • 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch 
    • 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM: Choose one Workshop – Andropause (Men’s Health) and Menopause Management (Women’s Health) 
    • 2:30 PM – 5:00 PM: Free Time

    Sonia Sharma, Ayurvedic Practitioner 

    Sonia is an experienced Ayurvedic practitioner with certifications in Reiki, Kundalini Yoga, Ayurveda Chef training, Chopra certified Health teacher, Lifestyle consultant, Vedic Counselling and much more. She brings a wealth of experience in Ayurveda and Yoga inside and outside the corporate setting. Her knowledge and passion to help you achieve your health goals through personalized care is evident through her client testimonials.

    Dr. Suhas is a classically trained Ayurvedic Physician & Researcher with over 30 years of Clinical Experience. He is a Best-Selling Author, Motivational Speaker and an acclaimed Educator in the field of Ayurveda & Integrative Medicine. He is a classically trained Ayurvedic physician who has shared the stage with luminaries such as Deepak Chopra, Wayne Dyer, Dr. Oz and Tony Robbins.

    Dr. Manisha is an experienced Ayurvedic Doctor who specializes in Women’s Health, Skin & Beauty. She has traveled over 30 countries teaching Yoga & Ayurveda. She has conducted numerous workshops on Ayurvedic Home Remedies, Beauty from Within and Herbal Formulation.
