If you are looking to sow some seeds that will lead to new beginnings this year, join Sonia for this Spring Equinox day retreat in beautiful Clarence-Rockland at a private residence, overlooking the serene Ottawa river.

This unique day retreat is focused on renewal, rejuvenation, and relaxation, while learning in a warm community setting.

This retreat is for you if you are:

  • Interested in learning how to align your dietary habits with the spring season.
  • Seeking connection with a wellness community, in person.
  • Looking for ways to balance your mindset and emotions through diet.
  • Interested in exploring nature’s five elements and how they relate to the spring season.
  • Ready to plant some seeds of intention for your well-being in 2024.
  • Open to evolving and learning more about plant-based cooking and its relationship to our well-being.
  • Seeking ways of improving colon health.

This day retreat is designed to nourish all aspects of your being. You will enjoy peaceful and open surroundings, while learning practical tips on how to cook a balanced vegan and gluten-free meal to feed your mind, body and spirit.

This day retreat will be available in-person only with a maximum capacity of 12 people.

This retreat includes:

  • Presentations on diet for the spring season, and on colon health
  • Organic vegan and gluten-free lunch and dinner, prepared by Sonia
  • Cooking classes, instructions, and take-home educational material on “Food as Medicine”
  • Take away – Recipe handouts for all lunch and dinner dishes.
  • Journaling and reflection time for intention setting
